At Bookstation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If you are not in love with your purchase, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bookstation account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
